DIY Installation of Smart Blinds
Tools and materials you will need:
• Measuring tape: To measure the window.
• Pencil or masking tape: To mark where the brackets should be mounted.
• Spirit level: To ensure the brackets are mounted straight.
• Drill and screwdriver: To install the brackets.
• Ladder: If the window is placed high up.
• Plugs (optional): If you’re installing on a wall made of plaster, concrete, or brick.
• Hammer drill: May be needed for tough wall materials like concrete or brick.

• Mounting brackets (2 pcs)
• Protective covers (2 pcs)
• Screws
Tips:
Double-check that all the parts are included in the package and that you have the right tools before starting. If you're unsure about the wall type, consult an expert to choose the correct plugs and tools.
To ensure that the roller blinds work smoothly, follow these steps:
• Use a measuring tape and mark the placement of the brackets on both sides of the window with a pencil.
• Check that the markings are level using a spirit level.
- Drill Holes
• Use a drill to create holes where you have marked.
• If the wall requires it, insert plugs before installing the screws. (Plugs are not included in the package and are needed for walls made of drywall, concrete, or brick.)
2. Install the Brackets
• Attach the brackets with the included screws. Tighten the screws with a screwdriver.
• Ensure that the brackets are secure and level.
The image shows how the bracket is marked and installed in the wall.
Tips:
For thicker wall materials such as concrete, a hammer drill may be necessary. Always check that the brackets are securely mounted to ensure the roller blinds function properly.
